Where is my order?
If you want to check the status of your order, use the tracking link in your order confirmation email to find out where you package is. If your estimated delivery date has passed, contact our customer services and we will be happy to help.
It has been outside of the timescale advised and I still have not received my order? 
If you have not received your order and it has been outside of the timescale, usually we will endeavour to contact each customer to explain the reason for the delay, sometimes there may be reasons outside our control. E.g. Customs Clearance. If you would like more information regarding the whereabouts of your order then please contact us via email sales@pachaliverpoolboutique.com and we will respond within 24 hours with an update on the status of your order.

How long is delivery outside the UK? 
Usually this takes from 3-5 working days to reach to you if the item is in stock.
